Training Day 3

Exercise: 4.5 mile walk (small backpack only)
Water: about 3 Litres
Food: 1 bowl of granola with blueberries and almond milk
1 glass of maple syrup lemonade
1 Thai chicken salad
3 French Fries (yes i know...but I only had 3 and I didn't lie about it)
1 black bean burrito (small)
1/2 baby seedles watermelon
